Dentists Against Cancer, Inc. is a registered 501 c (3) Non-Profit Organization located in Pleasanton, California. We were founded in 2009 by Jeffrey Bueno, D.D.S. and Tom Sellick D.D.S. and in memory of Barbara D. Bueno and Margaret E. Sellick, the Mother's of our repsective founders. Our Charity is dedicated to philanthropic efforts in support of Breast Cancer Research, Early Detection, Treatment & Prevention.

Founded in 2009 in memory of Barbara D. Bueno and Margaret 'Peg' Selllick, we host Fundraising Events throughout the year and donate the net proceeds to programs within the Tri-Valley that we feel are the best suited to apply the resources in the most meaningful and effective way possible. For example, the proceeds from our Annual Tri Valley Memorial Golf Tournament & Auction go the ValleyCare Health System's Women in Need Fund. This fund, created by Dentists Against Cancer, Inc. in partnership with ValleyCare Health System, helps Women receive Mammograms at little or no cost as well as the required reading & follow up appointments. Early detection is key to a successful fight against Breast Cancer and this is just one way our philanthropic efforts are making a difference in our communities. In addition to providing Mammograms & Testing, the fund also helps pay for costs associated with treatment such as prosthetic fittings, braziers, bathing suits & wigs.
